When booking a travel package with HaramZone Travels, a deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Once the deposit is received, cancellation fees will apply. A booking confirmation will be sent via email, and phone reservations are considered binding, just as written confirmations are.
Price Assurance
For charter flights, the price stated in your confirmation invoice is fixed and will not change. However, scheduled flights may be subject to price adjustments based on airline policies. Additional government-imposed charges, such as VAT or fuel surcharges, may apply and are beyond our control.
Changes to Your Booking
Minor modifications to travel plans will be communicated promptly. However, major changes (such as flight time shifts over 12 hours or airport alterations) may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will strive to minimize disruption and provide alternative options. You may choose to accept the changes, switch to another package, or cancel with a full refund.
Group Travel Policies
Some travel packages require a minimum number of participants. If this requirement is not met, HaramZone Travels reserves the right to cancel the tour and issue a full refund.
Flights & Airlines
Your invoice will detail flight schedules and airline information. While we ensure reliable travel arrangements, specific aircraft types or carriers cannot be guaranteed.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions. If you choose to opt out, you will be required to sign an indemnity form.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you wish to cancel your booking, written notice must be provided by the person who made the reservation. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the time of cancellation:

- What will be the refund get from airlines and hotels side we’ll directly proceed that to customers
Financial Protection
When booking an ATOL-protected flight or holiday, you will receive an ATOL Certificate ensuring financial security. If we or our suppliers cannot fulfill services due to insolvency, alternative arrangements will be provided at no additional cost. In some cases, claims may be made through the ATOL scheme or your credit card issuer.
Travel Documentation & Legal Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary passports, visas, and health clearances required for your destination. Regulations vary, so it is essential to check with the relevant consulates well before departure. Failure to meet entry requirements may result in denied boarding or travel restrictions, for which HaramZone Travels holds no liability.
Special Requests & Medical Needs
If you have any specific requests (e.g., dietary needs, accessibility assistance), please inform us at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate them, we cannot guarantee availability. If you have a medical condition that may impact your travel, we must be informed in advance.
Travel Behavior Policy
All travelers are expected to conduct themselves responsibly. Any damage caused by a traveler to property, airlines, or accommodation providers must be compensated immediately. Disruptive behavior may result in termination of your travel plans without refund.
Force Majeure
HaramZone Travels is not responsible for disruptions caused by unforeseeable events, including natural disasters, political unrest, industrial strikes, airline issues, or extreme weather conditions. Please check the latest travel advisories before departure.
Flight Confirmation & Ticket Dispatch
Travelers must reconfirm their flights at least 72 hours before departure. Final travel documents will be sent via email or courier, depending on the booking timeline. For last-minute bookings, tickets may need to be collected at the airport.
